Version 5.4.1

  • NEWChange Data Directory (File menu): Choose any folder as the storage location for your database and images. Optionally copy all existing data to the new folder — a cancellable progress dialog shows each file being transferred. All image paths (including multi-image records) are automatically updated in the copied database. After confirming, PromptVault closes so you can restart it pointing at the new location.
  • IMPROVEMENTThe "Change Image" and "Delete Image" buttons have been moved into the navigation row directly below the image preview. They sit right-aligned in the same bar as the previous/next controls and the "+" add-image button, making image management more compact and accessible.

Version 5.3.4

  • FIXLicense key was incorrectly deleted when starting the app without an internet connection, forcing users to re-enter and re-activate their key every time they went offline.
  • IMPROVEMENTOffline grace period: licensed users can now run PromptVault without an internet connection for up to 30 days after the last successful online license verification. A re-verification is only required after that period.

  • IMPROVEMENTPasting an image via Ctrl+V now appends it as a new image slot instead of replacing the current one, as long as the 4-image limit has not been reached.
  • IMPROVEMENTWhen all four image slots are filled, a status message is shown to inform the user that no further images can be added via paste.
  • FIXFixed a bug where images pasted via Ctrl+V were not saved when creating a new prompt record — only the text fields were stored while the image was lost after saving.
